Stop Smoking for Life Programme
Hypnotherapy helps many smokers achieve their goal to stop smoking. Deciding to become a smoker is not a decision that most people take logically. It is an emotional decision made at a subconscious level. Therefore, any decision to stop needs to be taken at that same level. This is why hypnotherapy is such a successful way to give up smoking cigarettes. It enables people to visualise their lives as a non-smoker. This often feels very positive and empowering. Stopping smoking becomes the definite positive choice.
How does the Stop Smoking for Life Programme work?
Session 1. Client Preparation- approximately 1 hour. I will give you some simple instructions to follow for the week leading up to the big day. While you still smoke you re-programme your thoughts, prepare your mind for change and disrupt the patterns associated with smoking in order for you to become a contented non-smoker.
Session 2. The day you become a Non-Smoker (90 mins-120 mins)
I begin the session coaching you. I will teach you techniques, which will enable you to remain calm and relaxed and how to respond to the smoking thought or craving. This will last about 45 mins to an hour. The second half of the session is the Hypnosis session. You will experience a state of deep relaxation, ( you will be alert and fully in control at all times) where your brain ‘learns’ at a deep level how to be a successful non-smoker.
You will take with you my ‘Stop Smoking’ CD to listen to every day for a week, and then whenever you need it. This will help to keep you on track.
Final session – This is 1-2 weeks after the big day. (1 hour)
Top up Session – 6 months later
Fee – £150 for the total package
