Do you ever feel stressed and tense in certain situations? We can all react negatively to certain situations, say or do things we regret in the heat of the moment.
If you just give yourself the time to step back, you could find that you react more positively. Take the time to breath. Breathing slowly in for the count of 7, and slowly out for the count of 11 and repeating this a few times will give you the space you need to react more positively.
